How It Works
The Intake Process
Submit the Referral Form
Complete the referral form below with your client's basic information and your contact details. We respond within one business day.
Intake Screening
Our team will review the referral and conduct a brief screening call with you and/or your client to confirm eligibility and discuss fit.
Placement Confirmation
Once eligibility is confirmed and a bed is available, we'll confirm placement and coordinate move-in logistics with you.
Ongoing Coordination
After placement, we maintain regular communication with referring partners and support a smooth transition into the program.
Eligibility
Who We Accept
- Adult male, 18 years of age or older
- Committed to sobriety and active program participation
- No active violent criminal history posing a safety risk to residents
- Medically stable — not requiring 24-hour clinical supervision
- Able to meet program fees (financial assistance available for qualifying individuals)
- Willing to comply with house rules and random drug/alcohol screening
